Is there anyway to turn it off? It’s always spawned at some off putting places and doesn’t even go along with the surfaces. This is literally the worst for me since taking AR snapshots is a big merit about the game for me..

  2. For a second I thought you were talking about the grass patch that you tap on before encountering the Pokémon in AR+ since it was forced onto us. Still though yeah that’s horrendous

Why would we want to add grass to AR photos? Man these updates really were just for the sake of doing work.

I just want to know why it takes me about five minutes of looking around a perfectly flat area with one of the best phone cameras on the market before the Pokemon appears.

Oh, YUCK. This will totally ruin AR photos. Niantic… please let us turn this off.

It’s also in the Zorua “transformation” background (and I assume Ditto’s, too). Fingers crossed they fix this soon.

This game has fallen so far. Imagine the app we could have had without Niantic.

Do you have the test version of the the new AR update that is supposed to go global on May 7th?

    I KNOW RIGHT
This wrecks a big part of the fun I had with Pokemon Go – I can only hope they allow us to turn it off.

  10. Also, the grass is constantly “hovering” about a foot or two above the ground, which is super disorienting. Taking a snapshot indoors? How about some random magic floating grass in the middle of the hallway?
