    This is actually the way I duoed Tapu Bulu with my wife.
    Using 2 mega beedrill Lv.40, and of course with the party play power.
    but the difference is we attack the Bulu with the mega beedrill at the same time, take turns to revive it (we use other pokemon to stop the Bulu recover its health)
    and after our mega beedrill got revived, we attack the Bulu again.
