Hit legend today with Wiggly, Charja, and Lanturn for the 4th season in a row. Top left on any Basti leads, but there aren’t that many with so many whiscash leads. Soooooo many players get comfortable when they draw out Charja and figure Skarmory can run free in the back and then top left when Lanturn comes out. Even when they are up 2-0 on shields. It took about a half season to get comfortable with it, though. You see the same 5 teams, so a team read gets pretty easy.

Well I am here just to past the time I think! Lol
Since the GBL was introduced (rank 1-10) I have only been able to get to 7 am after going from 1-20 am Ace, Veteran, Expert, and Legend Ranks I had only been able to hardly get to Ace am going up am down! Lol that’s very painful but yeah the story of my GBL career so far!
Doesn't matter what team I use, I just keep getting hard countered.

When you look at top 10 performing teams, there is only 1 without Whiscash or Lanturn 😅
what do u think of shadow quag + charja + pidgeot?
You can have 50 water pokemon in the top 40, grass wont be good. It simply is a weak typing. Its 4 out of 5 weaknesses are very common in the meta. And because grass gets pushed out of the meta, mudbois have no counters other than dragons. And pure water types get hit by lanturn so they are worse mudbois. The best grass typing combo possible is steel/grass. And unlike mudbois its one weakness is the best pokemon of the meta, annihiliape.
Ape is the new Medicham it seems like.
I'm not too serious, but I've been having a lot of fun(and wins) with Pelipper, Gligar, and Lanturn. Not a lot of teams I can't dance around, Abomasnow kills me but that's about all I've run into.
like the shadow Ninetales team. Tried the Swamp/sableye team but every team had fairies in the back (n=4). Of course none had fairies in the back after I changed teams (n=10)
Who can I replace gligar with in team 5??
