Wow, yeah uhhhh, this would certainly be the strong. This has pseudo legendary amounts of stats, and 120 speed!
Cool mon, but bit overtuned. There’s no reason to ever pick kingdra when this exists, since to don’t need rain to make it work.
Doesn’t take anything away from the visual design. 10/10, would have in my elite four, and postgame party, as well as in OU.
