So close to a hundo. Should I evolve during the Kanto event?



The best Charizard I got is 11/14/15 at 2185cp. I have 2 Of them over 2100cp but none with the elite move blast burn. Should I evolve this charmander before the kanto event is over so I got at least one Charizard that knows blast burn.
