Here's Hebebi's evolution, Tessebi!
Based on secretary bird (Hebikuiwashi) and tessen (samurai war fan). I started the concept wanting to make a kicking bird and the secretary bird was perfect, but they look too much like Pokemon already so I had some trouble making them not just be a secretary bird. The war fan idea was one I liked and used it ti stylize the wings, + giving it a kind of geisha personality. My concern is that it could look too much like Sensu Oricorio, but the final result seems different enough to me, let me know if it needs fixes or it's fine, and ofc if you like it!
