Great summary of tricks, and I still learn something despite playing since 2016 (the sliding to POkédex and other screens).
One thing : I find it strange that you chose the " ! " character for naming your raid Pokémon, since it has a meaning in the search strings. Why not using a "neutral" character?
When making your raid teams, hold down on the pokemon and it shows it's moves too.

Lol i hear this quick catch all the time sorry but its not worth doing in my opinion, just too save literally a few seconds..n when u don't catch u go back n try again n again wasting much more time…instead just catch normal…with this amount of lag quick catch is far from good

When opening gifts from Friends or sending them you do not need to hit the X at all. Just swipe to the next friend, much quicker.

quick / saved search criteria for friends
Search for dictionary in settings or:
(Android) settings, system, keyboard, personal dictionary, [language]
(iOS) Settings, keyboards, text replacement
Type out your search criteria and set a keyword.
Example: I want to see which local friends (nickname local) can receive a gift that I haven't interacted with today that aren’t lucky. (I also set friend level 0-3 to prioritize leveling up friendships then change the 3 to a 4 to try to hit lucky friends.
(Keyword) PGF
(Output) Local&!lucky&interactable&giftable&friendlevel0-3
So when you type your keyword, your full text will appear to click on and auto fill.
Create a battle party of no pokemon (I call mine "Blank") so when you're in a raid with not enough players and players might back out at the last minute, you won't lose your raid pass when the raid starts. Just exit the raid.

The stacked field research tip – just a note that it has a limit of 100 pokemon and if it exceeds, the oldest one will no longer be there anymore. As this is not a feature (it's a bug) that is not supported, it may be taken away any day. Just a risk we knowingly take.

We need more quality of life features.
(1) a counter on the number of Pokemon in the claim rewards.
(2) option to switch off the animation when evolving
(3) able to evolve multiple Pokemon at one time
