Received an email a while back inviting me to complete a survey providing feedback on [information I can't provide due to them requiring you agree to an NDA – seriously], with my participation earning the reward of:
10 Poké Balls
10 Great Balls
10 Ultra Balls
3 Remote Raid Passes
3 Super Incubators
The balls are whatever, but the passes and incubators would be worth the 10-20mins, I thought. And I don't mind filling in surveys. It took about six weeks (and a complaint to Niantic) to receive the reward code, but eventually I did.
Despite the survey being seemingly out of date at this point, I received another invite via email yesterday, offering the same reward, as pictured above.
HOWEVER…
This recent email prompted me to check both the original and the reward I received, as something felt off. Upon checking, the actual reward I received was:
5 Poké Balls
5 Great Balls
5 Ultra Balls
1 Remote Raid Pass
1 Super Incubator
Basically false advertising from Niantic. I don't know why I'm surprised at this point. Just thought I'd share this with anybody who may also have got the email recently and thought it might be worth their time. I'd urge you not to bother.
Niantic don't value their users, despite what they say.
