With regards to TMs, making TMs into a gacha game encourages people to raid and you can spend real money to get raid passes.

My Mew is a hundo so I spent a year getting the XLs to max it to level 50. It’s a fun spice pick in Master League but I wish there was a way for me to get a second one for great league while being f2p.

Running shadow claw, stone edge, ancient power in the open meta was ridiculously fun
If it had luster purge, icy wind/mystical fire or even disarming voice it would make a comeback.

The charge TM issue is really annoying, especially for newer folks like me who hasn't ever had even 10 at once. You might burn all that you have and end up with the same thing you started with. Having to also bank TM's for anti-frustration events only makes it worse.
Elite TM's are also a huge pain. i've got a poliwrath, a talonflame, a charizard and a charjabug (all with good iv's) sitting around doing nothing, since they all still lack their premium quick attack.

DAN. Please look at CHARCADET in little cup. I can’t even find it in PvP. I use incinerate! Most Mon at that lvl are 100 cp plus or minus. SO 3-4 29 damage is insane. Flyers n water hate it. Kinda like your galade thing on steroids…. Using shadow quag in front n bronzer (shitty Iv’s) for clean up. You would call it “broken”. Also thank you for beinging you !!!
It was kind of a decline of psychics in general, the only ones that survived were ones with ridiculous bulk/stat product like Medicham, Cresselia, Mewtwo & until the sky attack nerf Lugia. Though some have made a comeback like Gallade.
The ghost fast move/bulky normal type, combined with a saturation of ghost types, and new dark types really sealed the deal.

This entire video was Dan trying hard to discredit Mew and Mew showing that it actually has a fairly decent record against the oGL meta.
The reason we don't see Mew is cus it does not have a good partner. People still use Deoxys double ice/normal/steel. People still use Cresselia safe swap despite Cress also not getting STAB on its standard moveset. They work cus they have particular lines or partners that complement them, allowing them to thrive. The real reason Mew is hard to run has little to do with stat product or STAB. It is cus it's hard to teambuild around Mew to create a standard line that works.

There is a way to sim being up a fast move. It's under options, right below "shadow form." Really interesting to see what matchups change being up 1-2 fast moves.
