Well, I have an idea for a three staged evolution bug type. The first evolution would be a larvae type bug without feet. It would look like it's wearing a sleeping bag around its body with two antennae that are shaped like stars. I'd like for it to have green and teal coloring. This pokemon would be a pure bug type. Any ideas for a name? I was thinking Mizzybuzz because mizzy makes me think of a 'sleepy' sound. For the second stage evolution I want it to resemble a cocoon like you stated, but I want it to be a figure that stands upright but has no legs, almost looks more like a thick lamp post. It would have one antenna that dangles in front of it's face to resemble a lantern. It would be referenced in the pokédex as a "Lantern Cocoon Pokemon". I'd also like for it to have an almost human-like face but not too human so that it still feels like a bug Pokemon. I was thinking of naming this one Lampicoon but i'm not too sure.The third stage evolution is based on the Papilio Memnon butterfly. This pokemon would have a human like face, but still have the long curled nose like a butterfly but would instead sit on the face almost like a mask. The wings would sit around the body like a cloak whenever they're not being used. This would be a bipedal pokemon and the leg designs take inspiration from Scizor. I was thinking of naming the final evolution, Papinight.
