A few (borderline obsessive) months in and still not sure how important IV vs CP is? With 98% for Great League, who would you invest stardust in or cull for the other two leagues?

I’m sure the community agrees the entire lot should be transferred to the professor after I max each one out: but who do I max out for him first?
