One of my favorite mons, I always thought Toxicroak would've been a good candidate for a mega-evolution. Or any form of love really, it makes me sad that most people often disregard it in favor of Croagunk.
So I went and made one! Took some elements from different frogs, side hair from the Wolverine frog, the body shape of a Tree Frog, horns of the Amazonian Horned Frog.
