Baskoud: The cloudy Pokémon
Baskouds float around the skys swallowing up cloud vapours. Baskouds don’t eat food like usual, instead, the water in the clouds is enough substance to live off. The more clouds they eat the bigger they get, until they have to let it all out in the form of rain.
