Rattata can learn endeavor? I dont think I’ve seen that and I’m trying to remember what Pokémon game that it’s in and is a teachable TM. Could’ve sworn endeavor was a flying type move that I would use with my Staraptor and it was cheese and came in clutch sometimes!
Just give mewtwo a priority move or a healing Item or an Item that hurt the attacker when attacked and it's over. Also, can Rattata use those moves at level 1?
