Backstory – I was scrolling through it's Wikipedia because I really wanted to get hit with inspo to make something for it.
Here is what I learned –
Frillish and Jellicent are ship wrecking, life-draining, ghastly nightmares of the sea!
Oh and Royalty motifs!
I also learned that the designer of Frillish and Jellicent was sad that they ended up being scary pokemon.
Boom
I decided to turn this sea demon into a guardian angel!
