Kabu has everything that counters Cobalion like status condition (burn), Def buffs with Unbending, Attack debuffs and on top of all that, the ability to hit on-type. This is not a difficult solo, although it did take me some time to figure out the strat. You definately want to stall a bit before Bar 3 and ideally you wanna still be able to burn Cobalion in Bar 3 to debuff it when it gains Beef Up 1, as well as in general a way to wipe it out quickly (He takes a lot of damage in Bar 3 because of sacred sword ignoring defenses). Since I can’t stall Bar 1 in fear of being poisoned, I try not to burn Cobalion before Bar 1.5 procs, but I also make sure to nuke Cobalion before it syncs and gains flameproof.
