Lol, I keep forgetting that Dawn and Mallow both have Pecking Order, which is why various Grass-types randomly have Atk debuffing effects. But I'd rather just give her HS1 instead of that unique cookie b/c we already have multiple reliable Atk minimizers now.
I'm mainly thinking of using her to facilitate Cakewalk Victor or Inertia Brendan whenever I feel like using either of them… if I manage to get her, lol.
I still hate Guaranteed Triple, though. Just give her No Quarter. It's not like she's going to have top-tier dps even w/ it, will she? So at least let her debuff chances be a little bit better.
