When Fizzarctic faints it come back alive with half of his hp and clears all the stats changes of all the pokemon on the field.
Lv. 35 + 2 other (fainted) Fizzlefin in the same party -> Fizzhaunter – the revenge seeker pokemon

Ability: Vendetta
Fizzhaunter permanently raises its attack stage for each fainted pokemon in the party, however his defense is decreased by the same amount
