Pokemon Masters

Pokemon Masters EX – 15000 pts Champion Stadium – Week 7/8/24

I’m playing Pokemon Masters, a mobile gacha game set on the island of Pasio. Collect many Pokemon waifus and husbandos and participate in unique battles involving sync pairs.

Okay, so I’m going to go very off-topic this description because I’m assuming no one who watched my “Why I quit Honkai: Star Rail” video will be watching this video and reading this description. But holy guacamole, that video caused quite the discourse. It is for the the most disliked video on my channel at the moment of uploading this video, and I’ve learned a lot from the outcome of the video.

First off, I didn’t expect over 1000 views on that video! I was thinking maybe I’d get like 50 views, which is honestly on the high side for a Star Rail video. But I guess the title was eye-catching (I never try to clickbate but perhaps that title was a bit clickbatey). And it wasn’t a very good video to be honest, which I should be cognizant of. When talking about a “controversial” topic like Star Rail, I should have made a more concise video, which a lot of people seemed to criticized in my video. I think that’s the only real think I’d change to be honest. I still like the opinions I gave during the video, which I’m fine with people disagreeing with.

I definitely don’t take the negative criticism lightly, so I do get a bit sad that there seems to be more people that don’t like the video than people who liked it. But I’m do respect that people who put a lot of time in watching the video and leaving a long comment. The whole point of that video is to start a discussion, and while some people just dunked on me, there were some other people that were surprisingly open-minded.

Anyways, I really enjoy making videos like that, so I will try to make more in the future that are more concise. It’s also hard to talk about you opinions because people are bound to disagree with you, but it is how you word and set up those opinions that really matter. That video was a good reminder of how I should approach talking about controversial topics. And if you watched that video and read this description, you are a goated person and I hope your next gacha roll lands on exactly what you want.

Thanks for watching!
