Here’s an interesting idea for Pokémon lore: Primordial Pokémon
The known Pokémon timeline states that when Arceus was first born, he created everything, and then created the Creation Trio to further expand everything
Primordial Pokémon were born in between that time period; they were not created by Arceus, but rather, they were created as a side effect of Arceus’s creation, like how the first nukes created Godzilla
These Pokémon, of course, would be extraordinarily powerful. The known Primordial Pokémon would of course be the Original Dragon (true form Kyurem), Ultra Necrozma, Eternatus, and Teratpagos, though future generations may introduce other Pokémon suited for this sort of role. Heck, Mew could also qualify as a Primordial Pokémon based on its own lore
