*Junior Professor Maple has been getting some help investigating these new Pokemon from an unlikely source. Recently discovered, meet Investigator! They’ve recently been appearing in Alola, and Maple believes they may have originated from somewhere near Unova. Fun loving, laid back, and very inquisitive, they love nothing more than chilling on the beach and exploring places they probably shouldn’t be in. They also tend to team up with Gumshoos when stalking prey. With it’s Investigative ability and powerful jaws complimenting the Stakeout Pokemon’s tenacity and keen observations, they become an unbeatable duo*

Love a good pun name mon, especially a gator pun! I personally have an incugator (incubator+gator) who is a fire type with an ability just for hatching eggs even faster than magma armor or flame body

Noticed the ability effect but doesn’t Simple mean stat changes are already doubled? I’d assume this is either redundant or an oversight because dropping the stat by four stages for free feels a little excessive.

This is great! However, the name is just the word Investigator. I understand the pun, and it´s a good one, but to separate it from the normal word, maybe call it Investidile? I dunno. I think the name I chose is a little stupid.
