Great video as usual! These are really helpful in deciding on which pairs to pull for the month. I was planning on pulling for him, he looks like a real solid pair! I may also pull for Penny, I missed her last time she was scoutable.
maybe he can solo all the LG's he has max crit, infinite heals, flinches and can easily max out all of his stats.
I'm skipping him for now (maybe just 1/5 of him from a future select scout/mix scout would be cool and enough for me), but I'd order his actions tm>B move>tm just to max team Atk+crit (including himself b/c his B move can actually be a decent dps option) if I ever get him. After all, you don't need all three big heals if you just finish the battle quickly enough, lol.
