Here is the link to [Lamlie](https://phoenixdex.alteredorigin.net/pokemon/lamlie/) on the Phoenixdex website. This and many more amazing Fakemon are free to use under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0) and I would love to use some of them in my game. However, I can’t sprite at all and was hoping there was an easy way to transform an image like this into a sprite. I would share whatever I create, these fakemon deserve to be seen everywhere.

The easiest way would be to commission someone to do it

Day 1 I have infiltrated the flock, they suspect nothing

It seems tempting to use an automated tool, but I can’t urge you enough to never do that. Automated tools either just use a pixelation tool or AI to generate a guesstimated concept, neither of which will come out actually good. Both will just ruin the art and make it nearly unrecognizable, and it’ll look VERY out of place when put next to proper pixel art sprites.
If you’re needing it to be turned into a sprite, just search around and see if someone is taking commissions. Some artists offer services for decent prices, and then you also get to support artists, it’s a win win.

Ehh, I get on a drawing application, create a rectangular selection box around the picture as tight as I can, then go to resize, pick the pixels option, set it to 100 x 100 (or less) and then try to figure out how to draw pixel by pixel the resulting outcome of the pixelated picture so it would face front.
