Made another Amazan Variant/Regional evolution of one of my favorite pokemon!
Biolume, the Biolight Pokemon!
*Biolume evolved from Oddish that through evolutionary pressure started to live in deep dark caves, loosing it's ability to photosynthetize in exchange for incredible bioluminescence. It is said that Biolume colonies can light up the darkest of locations.
It is a scavenger will eat any organic matter it finds, threatening potential predators with blinging flashes of irradiated spores that dazzle and poisons the foe, allowing it to escape or stall for a victory.
It's ability to generate light also extends to light absorption, storing it in it's cap to further increase it's glow or hide in the shadows.*
Signature Move, Toxic Flash
Type: Poison
Power: 90
Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Heals the user by 50% of the damage done, 20% chance to poison
Description: The user releases a blast of irradiated toxic spores at the target, damaging the enemy and absorbing any excess energy from the attack, healing the user, it may poison the foe

Speed: 60
The reason I made Toxic Flash stronger than the likes of Macha Gocha or Giga Drain is simply because poison kind of sucks offensivelly and this guy needs all the power he can.
