Regional Oddish, Gloom, and a new evolution,
Pompablom!
Based on garden weed and other invasive plants, these Dark/Grass pokemon form gangs and bully out other grass pokemon from their territory, then proceed to eat up all the grass. They are always led by a Pompablom, who has powerful legs that allow them to kick other pokemon out. But, they prefer to let Oddish and Gloom do the dirty work for them.
It has a signature move called Culling Weed, that deals grass type damage but is also super-effective against grass types.
