(I’m bad at drawing maps). The Meridionalis Region is a section of Mundosnova(New world) the continent that in my sort of au is where Unova is located. Basically ‘Southern East Coast US’. The story involves joining one of multiple factions which through your involvement will steer away from evil whilst the other factions become evil (more specifically one of the other factions will become the main antagonist’s faction). The region itself has both Megaevolution, and Gigantamax forms due to being able to convert the energy into those other forms(by choice).
The Starter Pokemon are A Fire type Dog which evolves into a fire electric dog, a Water type hermit crab that evolves into a Ice/water type crab, and a grass type bunny that evolves into a grass fighter. They start off as toys which evolve into grander concepts like an rc car(or robot inspired dog) evolving into a bike/biker evolving into either a motorcycle or a monster truck. The monster truck for the fire type dog was the first idea I had for it so it’s the name I initially came up with.
