Presenting… Amazan Castform! The Dispel Pokemon!
Because of rapid climate change, some Castform were unnable to adapt to the sudden rapid shift of uncontrollable weather, destabilizing it's molecular structure and assuming this form.
It compleetly neutralizes any form of extreme weather by emitting powerfull spectral waves, it seems to dislike change.
It lurks during the night and with it a thick fog slowly creeps in and all wind stops compleetly, it is considered a sign of bad luck by sailors and paragliders.
