A regional form of Empoleon. The far North has forced it to evolve and become incredibly ruthless. Now a Water/Dark type it's arms have changed from sharp swords to an ax and shield. It's yellow golden crown and black/grey feathers are it's most prized possessions and they are very proud to have them clean and prestine. It is I'll adviced for any Trainer to try to capture a wild one without at least 15 years of training and a strong constitution.
