Okay sure red uses a team he can only build through trading or yellow, but blue uses his red/blue team, not his yellow team (they are quite different and yellow is mostly worse)

IDR which one but one of the X/Y versions makes no sense because one Pokémon brings life and one brings death and Lysandre wants to kill everything ugly in both versions so obviously one legendary would be more effective for that than the other.
They’re separate universes
In the Pokemon Canon, every individual cartridge is considered a separate universe, and are all canon. They are just independent from each other.
In merchandising they actually chose the academy based of gender
Arven and the male protag whatever that bum is named are from Uva and Nemona and the female whatever that bum is named are from Naranja

Honestly, Idk one one hand I'm all for them bringing Kris back as it's crazy how she's been gone since Crystal.
On the other hand though, she's basically Lyra and I really like Lyra, design wise and even when she's the npc friend running around.
Not to mention when they put her in a few pokemon episoides. I remember really wishing we got a side series where we followed her adventure in Johto instead of ash for over 20 years
Kris is actually in Masters, including a great alt with Suicune.
Also her English VA is Makoto Niijima from Persona 5.
