Unlike its Johtonian counterpart, this variant is mischievous and selfish, known for stealing food and gifts from others instead of giving them away. Rather than being generous, it hoards its loot, refusing to share even with its own kind. Its tail pouch is stuffed not only with stolen items but also with lumps of coal, which it hurls at people and Pokémon for fun.
Since Delibird is based on a rockhopper penguin (thus the regional form's type) and likely originated from Santa Claus, Regional Delibird is based on Krampus and the Grinch. It can learn Fire and Flying moves, which is why I decided against changing its type to one that involves either Flying or Fire.
