Super new to this so apologies if this is dumb
So I just started a couple weeks ago, mainly bought the Rayquaza/Kyogre packs from Sam’s Club, but randomly got a ETB from a local card shop today
The wrappers are clearly very different. The ETB wrappers are much thicker and have a green strip on the inside. Is there a reason this is?
