Toxnow are Strange secretive Pokemon that can only be found in the North most parts of the world. They cut through layers of ice with they're poison they secrete from their veins. It's body is opaque and blends in well with the ice until it strikes. They feed on special layers of shaved ice.
Poisnowix stride on the snow with odd legs. Most find it highly unnerving to watch move giving it ample time to run away or move closer to its target. They can shave through ice easily and melt away the ice and water to catch fish and other Pokemon to eat.
