What if you opened a random gift off your friends list, potentially a bunch of new people, and you have to go to that poke-stop from the gift irl. You could probably do more with that but just the base thought, lol

My problem is it is feels like an entirely pointless concept- what advantage or utility does a Dynamax or GMax Pokemon really bring to the table? They can only use that feature in Max battles. At least Megas can be used in raids, sometimes in GBL, and they help with getting extra candies for catching Pokemon

Then again, my account I started in the first month of the game still doesn't have a single Incense Captured Pokemon. @_@
And this is AFTER I used it to find and grab a mon to complete a timed task at last minute, earlier this year. Local group threw that hint out on last day of that event.

This game is a thumb workout simulator. It really doesn’t pay off for me. I’m level 39. I’d like to feel like I’m working towards something. It’s a thinly veiled money pit.
It won't help rural players. The game has moved on and left them behind.
I give up. It's impossible unless you have a big community of super high level players with super powerful counters. The cheering is a great addition though

Niantic needs a way to help players signal to each other whether they will attack or heal… in crowded areas where your team is potentially a bunch of strangers, there's no way to communicate. And I don't think creating a way for us to chat with each other is wise considering this is an all ages game and that could be dangerous.
Dynamax feature is ……def useless….All of us LEVEL 50 peeps out there that give a????? Really just want Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquazza Mega energy to read a freggin dex entry for now….Just sayin'

Thank you for this video, I was totally unprepared for the event. I love the new feature, everyone was out again playing because we needed each other. When we managed to get one pokemon when the last trainer was in the lobby and we were all cheering out loud and he beat it, that was a very nice feeling. I called the pokemon Cheers. Anyway, i was not raiding or playing much and this renewed my spark in the game. Getting ready for drillburn

i watched this channel for the first time in 2016 when i played for the first time then stopped playing cause the game sucking in my country
then again played in 2018 and even after that ive played on and off but everytime i start playing i come to the channel and hearing that intro music takes me back to the beginning of the pokemon go journey
