In Pokemon TCG Pocket, the immersive Charizard ex card…is it a real card?

I haven't collected pokemon cards in ages and don't plan to go crazy like before but I really liked this cards art and wanted to pick on up unless it's super expensive lol. Anyone knowledgeable can let me know please.
