Honestly I’m surprised Falinks doesn’t have an evolution. It would be a prime candidate for one. Could rival Kingambit, or Perrserker maybe. Centurion vs Samurai vs Viking.

We like Leajoin as its name, continuing Falinks’ idea of a classical army formation that’s misspelt to convey teaming up. But for a 4 year old who’s probably not particularly familiar with Greco-Roman military tactics, that’s a pretty good one!

Ok given the Roman theming a better name could be “Linkturion” or something like that, since falinks seems to derive from phalanx formation

My attack suggestions for this card:
*(Fighting) Metallic Shield*
During your opponent’s turn, the Defending Pokémon does 60 less damage to Standafalinks minus 20 less damage for each (Metal) Energy attached to Standafalinks (after applying Weakness and Resistance). You can’t subtract more than 40 damage in this way.
*(Metal) (Metal) (Fighting) All Fall In* 100+
Flip a coin for each Falinks in your Bench. This attack does 40 more damage for each Heads.

My wife and I had a [similar](https://x.com/PokeMakers/status/1811067858891186296?t=VWr8x-hZ1uejINdgwpuC1A&s=19) idea. It just makes sense! I want Falinks to get the Roselia treatment, with a preevolution (that’s a single head) and an evolution introduced at the same time.
