Hydrotom, The Water State Pokemon, a convergent form of Rotom!
Hydrotom is composed of 90% water, it's cells can disolve and belnd into water and take a liquid form to fit through tight spaces, it's cells always find eachother eventhally if separated.
This pokemon has incredible telekinetic abilities especially towards water, it manipulates water with it's mind like an extention of itself, despite not being a psychic type, it posesses an innate afinity for psychic powers.
This pokemon can learn to change it's form to protect itself from grass types, by changing it's celular structure to solidify and cool down or evaporate and heat up, aquiring a new typing.
