Disclaimer i don't have a lot of knowledge of Pokemon cards, hence why i've come here.
So basically i have these two Arcanine cards that are almost exactly the same except for a few tiny differences. From what i DO (maybe) understand is that number in the bottom right corner is supposed to be the card number/set. The first card is 36/110 while the second is 23/102. Then most of the other bottom text is vastly different even different years. Finally the first has a little medal looking symbol under the picture while the second has nothing of the sort anywhere as far as i can tell. Also the Flamethrower text is slightly different too.
So what's going on? Is one fake or a misprint? Are they both legit and they just reused the same art or rereleased it? I'm about as confused as a Psyduck here lol
