thankfully whatever it is, its only on the sleeve. i know the card isnt worth much but its really cool so im glad its not damaged lol.
i found no other sleeve with anything like this, not around/behind this card, anywhere else in any of my binders, or any of the same pikachu sleeves. just this one. looks like water damage or something but then why would it be only this sleeve, not any surrounding ones or the card inside? anyone see anything like this?
