Follow up to my previous post here, this is another one of the Halloween pokemon I made along with a more detailed design of the previous one (I’m not that great at drawing yet but I tried my best)

To get Sorcereon you catch an eevee in a dream ball and have it KO a pokemon with the move return, to get Wratheon you catch an eevee in a dusk ball and have it KO a pokemon with the move frustration (I know eevee can't learn either of those moves but here it would be able to)
