I drew Gnawferatu (Gnaw + Nosferatu) on stream. It's a Dragon Dark type Pokémon. You're gonna meet this fella in a forsaken mansion where it will wait for their group of Bitula (Bite + Dracula) to return with delicious fruit.
The Dark type Pokémon Bitula is Gnawferatu's pre-evolution. It is tormented and held captive by one mighty Gnawferatu and will, gathered as a group of many serving Bitula, be forced to gather food for its master. There will always be a gluttonous Bitula among the group that will keep a secret berry stash for itself, while other more submissive Bitula will often starve themselves looking for food for Gnawferatu in fear of its bad temper. Many Bitula do not survive their harsh lives and die, but those who survive and eat enough berries will eventually evolve into Gnawferatu themselves. Those Bitula who die will evolve into Strignaw (Strigoi + Gnaw).
Strignaw, which is a Ghost and Dark type Pokémon, will relentlessly look after the tormentor of its past life to hunt it down. It will not rest or eat for a minute until it finds Gnawferatu who it will be able to defeat easily. After its victory, it will lay down for its eternal rest.
To evolve your Bitula into Gnawferatu, it will need to eat 66 berries – otherwise it will evolve into Strignaw at level 36!
Gnawferatu is inspired by Golbat's awesome gen 1 sprite and Wobbuffet's body type. A friend of mine whose favorite type is Dragon hates it for its derpy appearance and always picks on it which makes me like it even more! I've had lots of fun with creating it and I hope you like it, too! I think it has lots of personality and it's just such a good-for-nothing type of anti hero Pokémon in my imagination!
