Semi-Pesudo Legendary?

Semi-Pseudo Legendary? Yeah, you haven't read wrong. I assume every person who knows at least a bit of Pokémon lore knows what a Pseudo Legendary is, for those who don't, here's a brief explanation: Pseudo Legendaries is with no doubt the most known fan term in all Pokémon lore. Yes it is a fan term, although Pokémon have never 'officially' acknowledged this term, its is very easy to presume they have. At this point I believe they are playing along with it. They are Pokémon with Exactly 600 BST (Base Stat Total), 1 per Region. They are very powerful Pokémon.

Here are all the Pseudo Legendaries:

Now let's talk about the real topic of this post, Semi-Pseudo Legendaries. There isn't actually a single 'definition' of Semi-Pseudo Legendaries. But after some good amount of time researching this is what I have come up with:
Semi-Pseudo Legendaries are Pokémon with At Least 500 BST, but not every Pokémon with at lest 500 BST is a Semi-Pseudo Legendry. They are Pokémons that are either commonly mistaken by a Pseudo-Legendary/Legendary/Mythical/Ultra Beast Pokémon but is none of them, a Pokémon that is slightly weaker than a Pseudo-Legendary, or a Pokémon that is Stronger than a Pseudo-Legendary. I will also talk about Pokémon who could fit this category if they hadn't already have their category. Here they are:

Gen 1 – Kanto

Arcananine, although our beloved Arcanine was originally supposed to be a Legendary, the idea was scrapped. In the 1st season in the wall on a Pokémon Center had him right next to the Legendary Birds and his Egg Group being Legendary, That confused many fans and made them think he was actually a Legendary.

Gyarados, a big aquatic menacing giant oriental Dragon. I get why people thought he might've been categorized.

Gen 2 – Johto

Kingdra, although its appearence might trick you, don't get fooled! This badass IS indeed a Dragon-type and it is very powerfull.z

Gen 3 – Hoenn

Slaking, ok, although he has a whopping 670 BST, which is bigger than all Pseudo Legendaries AND a good amount of Legendaries, he was received the gift a horrible ability. Yes, this fatass has the ability called "Truant". That makes him skip every other turn.

Aggron, another big name right here. Although this bad boy is very strong and all that, his typing; rock and steel. Makes him have much weaknesses, such as Fighting, Grass, Ground, Steel, Water, and Fire. What saves him is his mega form, which removes rock type, and making him be weak to only 3 types.

Flygon, yes, I know. We all wish, Flygon was Pseudo Legendary instead of Salamence. I know you once thought he was a Pseudo Legendary too.

Gen 4 – Sinnoh

Lucario, no questions asked. Bro protagonized a whole entire movie and is strong as hell. Actually, matter of fact, Semi-Pseudo legendaries are just what Pokémons are like Lucario.

Gen 5 – Unova

Haxorus, a fricking giant dinosaur with blades in his mouth. Honestly, at one point I though Axew was a starter. But this guy is insanely strong, and certainly deserves more recognition.

Zoroark, another badass that protagpnized a movie. I genuinely thought he was either a Legendary or a Mythical.

Volcarona, ok, the insanely difficulty to get this thing just brings me headache, for the difficulty to get this it should be at least a Legendary.

Gen 6 – Kalos

Noivern, I stayed years thinking this was a Pseudo-Legendary, this guy definitely deserves to be a Pseudo Legendary.

Gen 7 – Alola

Golisopod, definitely on of the best Bug types ever, I never thought much about this, but this guy is insane.

Gen 8 – Galar

Toxtricity, while barely being above 500 BST, Toxtricity is definitely one of the best Electric types out there.

Copperajah, not my favorite pick, but as listed in some sources, I figured out I should include it.

Gen 9 – Paldea

Kingambit, I myself can't say much because I have never watched Gen 9, but he seems strong I guess.

Ok, Now let's talk about some Pokémons, and why they are NOT Semi-Pseudo legendries

First, Archaludon may be a controversial one, some say he's a Pseudo Legendary some say not, it all depends one your definition of Pseudo legendaries, some people only accept 3-stage evolution lines for Pseudo Legendaries, and Archaludon is a 2-stage evolution line. So it dpends on your view, for me, he isn't a Semi-Pseudo Legendary because he is already a Pseudo Legendary.

Skarmory is commonly confused as Legendary Bird, but he has less than 500 BST, so I don't consider him a Semi-Pseudo Legendary.

Ash-Greninja is controversial, although many sources consider him a Semi-Pseudo Legendary, I wouldn't. You see, he is already a Starter Category, he is basically a Mega form.

Silvally, makes no sense, although not being a very strong Legendary, he still is one.

Naganadel, he is already an Ultra Beast, so doesn't fit the requirements.
