Mr. Mime should be given a form. Yes, it has an evolution, but only GALARIAN Mr. Mime can evolve into Mr. Rime. Kantonian cannot.
Same with Fardetch’d.
Also, Slowbro does not evolve into slowking. It’s a split evo from slowpoke. It should only be blue, not half blue half purple.

Stats are way too high. Other Mega evolutions gain 100 boost (Pinsir, Beedrill, Pidgeot, all a 100 increase exactly, I didn’t check every Mega, but this seems to be the way it is.)
Meanwhile your idea has it go from 425 to 705. That means if Salamence a pseudo legendary gains 100 like the others do (just checked Kyogre, Rayquaza and Salamence, all still 100) that it would have less stats than Dugtrio.
It’s not just less stats either, you decreased the irrelevant stat making it go way further. This does happen sometimes, but never on anything strong.

Like the idea but like the other commenter said, it seems more like a GMax than a Mega. It’s the small Diglett that give it away.
It’s not a terrible idea to use GMax forms as inspiration, but remember that those are designed to be big and so some design elements like smaller Pokémon don’t make sense for a mega that keeps the same scale as the original.
