I also only noticed the little rays like what one would put around a drawing of the sun. I was team "It's a very bright moon" as moon rays are a thing BUT the psychedelic imagery does read more like "the power of Darkness is consuming the light of the sun" to me.
Not saying the umbreon artist copied the other but it's also fun to think of the tcg art/artists as being in conversation with one another.
