What are these type of Holocards called??

I really like these types of holos, where the border has sparkly splotches as well as the photo of the pokemon. They usually are the same per card, but some have more sparkles than the other- I usually find them as promo cards in tins and those booster packs with the coin and the promo card. I’m pretty new, anyone know what they’re called so I can get more of them? Thanks!
