Meet Ecived, its name is Device spelled backwards like Rotom is motor spelled backwards. (It’s normal form is the one that looks most like a lightbulb, sorry I couldn’t use the text because I am not that smart). Ecived has a BST of 500 and its other forms has a BST of 560.
