Challenge: create an evolved stage for my Fakemon! (Info in comments)

Name: Serplume. Type: Dragon. Serplume are known to live in the ruins of ancient temples, guarding the trinkets and treasures. Despite their efforts, their small size prevents them from properly protecting these treasures. This challenge is inspired by Truegreen7’s video “ 4 Artists Design Evolved Forms For My Pokémon”
