Optimal charge move timing is when you throw your charge move after a certain number of fast moves. This helps to minimize unnecessary energy gains by your opponent. For example, lets take Steelix vs Talonflame. Steelix using thunder fang, a two turn fast move, and Talonflame using incinerate, a five turn fast move. To maximize the most energy gain possible, Steelix will want to throw the psychic fangs after two, four, or seven thunder fangs. Even though Steelix gets to psychic fangs in six, doing that one extra fast move can help you can more energy.
Another example is two turn fast move vs three turn fast move. Diggersby vs Azumarill. Diggersby will want to throw its charge move after, one, four, or seven fast moves. Lets say you throw after two fast moves, that would give your opponent an entire bubble for free.

hold up? havent played POGO in 2 months? just got back into it again lol but did they changed the ivs strat? i thought the meta was Oattack and full def and hp? was the way to go
