We know Rayquaza is one of the strongest Pokemon of alltime it's base form itself is extremely powerful as it's able to stop Deoxys army from invading earth and we also know it's in universe one of the fastest pokemon of alltime.
We know how OP and busted Mega Rayquaza is and we saw it 1 tapping both Primals with one Dragon Ascent but I was wondering can Rayquaza do the same without going Mega?
