Either poison/rock or poison/steel.
The green crystals are meant to represent radioactive crystals, the dumb brown amorphous parts are based on the elephants foot, and the main body is a barrel.
It’s meant to look like the barrel is spilling over and the radioactive waste is solidifying and crystalizing.
