I decided to be smart and just buy the cards I wanted before the English set release started messing with the prices. I guess I wasn’t fast enough. (Tho technically I was!!) The Sylveon is the card I wanted most of all, so I was really looking forward to getting it in. I have never had an issue with TCGPlayer sellers before. There were about 5-8 listings when I bought this. And now there are only 2 and the price has jumped $40 for a downgrade in condition. $65 for the same condition. This sucks and I’m sad. I hope the price eventually comes back down. And I obviously don’t want to purchase from them again because I don’t trust them now, so the “you can buy something else from us” is both pointless and hollow.
I tried to look at eBay but I am not familiar enough buying cards on there that I fear I’ll be scammed. I worry tho that by the time there are more available they’ll be like $300. 😫
